Faron, CotD building

Faron wouldn't be stopped by pain now. The rage had set in. He shook off the pain with a flick of an ear and lashed out wildly at Indi, lightning discharging off of his pelt and launching towards both the ghoul and her - the bolt towards Indi was much stronger.

Vallrok saw Kozri leave the shield and immediately threw the scale to the ground below the dragon. It made a few popping, fizzing sounds, then shattered, turning into - in essence - a lightning bomb. Bright charged electricity that had been trapped for several years lanced through the air towards anything that could be hit.

Kozri and Azu
CotD Building

Kozri hadn't expected that, and was blasted with several lances of electricity. He rolled to the ground, snarling, smoking. The sandstorm had been blasted away, and the drake was now covered in numerous electrical burns. Azu, from where she was, felt the pain rocket through the link they shared and hissed angrily. Kozri! She looked at the gnome, then at the giant, then at Kozri, tail lashing. Kozri was stunned, able to move, in pain.

Alarial--CotD Building

For the first time in her life, Alarial was feeling true frustration at another person...and it wasn't even the people they were attacking. She shot a glare at Nus. "The death knights are our FRIENDS. It may not mean anything to you, but it means something to the rest of us, plus we still have two others out in the middle of Icecrown that have no idea what's going on." She had half a mind to smite the mage on the spot.

In her anger towards the mage, she missed being able to cover Kozri in a shield against the lightning bomb that went off. The force of it knocked her to her feet. She immediately began shouting a prayer to Elune for healing. ((Think Prayer of Healing.))

Indigosa--CotD Building

The ghoul stopped for a second as it got hit by the bolt, but then blithely continued forward, its target the big red wolf. Indigosa's body came under shock and a roar was let loose from the death knight, but the blood demanded a kill. Indi let loose another strangulate on the wolf, summoning a secondary version of her rune axe to aid her, still trying to boil the enemies' blood.

As she initiated another attack, she heard and felt holy power being drawn into the room. She looked to where the sound was coming from and hissed when she saw Alarial praying. The Light! What was it doing here?! She was now torn between attacking Alarial or trying to finish off the wolf, a delay in attack that could cost the death knight her life.

Faron, CotD Building

The rage was beginning to wear off. He snarled, twisting as his blood boiled, then lashed back furiously at Indi. Would she just die?! It didn't help that the searing, mind-numbing poison had spread up to his neck. Still, it was now or never - the death knight was distracted. He lunged at her neck, determined to tear it out.
Vallrok moved somewhat slowly towards the ghoul. He got in its way, but the wolf controlling the troll's mind was too distracted to control the troll further. He stood dumbly in front of the ghoul.

Indigosa--CotD Building

The ghoul began to tear at the troll, trying its best to aim for his vitals. Indi screamed as the wolf bit into her neck. So far lost in her own powers, she began to resort to her former dragon fight techniques. She threw her hands around the wolf's neck, trying to tighten her hold through the electricity running through her body. She made one last attack of desperation, using the last of her strength and powers to try and take Faron down with her.

((Azu, mind cancelling Sat's spell so she can help Faron?))

((One skull-bash, coming up.))

Azunara
CotD Building

With a roar, the druid pounced, taking her paw and trying to bash the gnome upside the skull, hoping to destroy her concentration. Once done, she lashed out with her claws before fleeing to try and avoid retaliation. She darted over to Kozri, standing by the stunned drake and shifting out, using her energy to help Alarial heal him. "Hang in there," She hissed, whining.

[Saturo]

Saturo - CotD building

Saturo got knocked straight to the ground, and jumped right back up, glaring angrily at the druid. She spit out some blood, and drew the runesword out of the ground, turning to the druid. The Bone Giant started to slow down, before simply falling over, slumped against the building.

Azunara and Kozri
CotD Building

Azunara shifted back to her feline form, panting. Kozri was starting to regain control of his muscles, and as Azu hissed a warning, began to blearily focus on reapplying his human form.

Faron, CotD building

Faron snarled as he felt hands around his own throat. He twisted his head viciously, trying to kill the death knight before she killed him. Or the poison knocked him out. Or...
Vallrok moved a hand to protect his vital organs, reaching back with his other arm and taking hold of his axe. He slashed at the ghoul's neck.

Alarial--CotD Building

Cursing to herself, Alarial focused her full attention to her healing, doing her best to keep her friends up and stable.

She looked over to Indi, horrified to see her and the wolf locked in a death grip. She tossed balls of healing energy at the death knight, causing Indi to let loose another blood curdling scream.

Azu and Kozri
CotD Building

"Don't get comfortable, Koz..." Azu hissed, tail lashing, watching the gnome charge. Kozri slowly got up, the healing he got from Alarial giving his strength to stand. He reapplied his poison, readying his throwing knives and watching Saturo calmly. Azu hissed, wary. Stupid gnomes.

Indigosa--CotD Building

Indigosa's summoned ghoul died from Vallrok's axe swings. Indi's vision began to blur as Faron tried to rip out her throat. She tried to throw the weight of her dying body in full plate armor on top of Faron in an attempt to crush him.

Faron, CotD building

Faron yelped as Indi threw her weight towards him. He let go of her throat, trying unsuccessfully to avoid her. The force threw him to the ground, rendering him unconscious.
Vallrok looked stunned for a moment, and spoke in a voice thick with trollish accent, "'Ow da fel did ah ge-" He was cut off when the spirit bond he shared with Faron knocked him out as well.

Indigosa--CotD Building

Indi collapsed to the ground as well, no longer having the strength to keep herself upright. The powers controlling her began to fade slowly, without a body to control they couldn't get the kills and sacrifices they demanded. Gasping, Indi struggled to remain conscious.

Alarial--CotD Building

Panicking, Alarial healed Indi as best as she could without straining herself. The death knight didn't scream this time so perhaps that was a good thing. She wasn't sure how she could help Decay so long as she remained in that ice block. The wolf and the troll were temporarily out of the picture at least which just left the gnome.

Azu and Kozri
CotD

Azunara stood fiercely by Kozri, though both looked exhausted, ready to drop, despite the healing Alarial had given earlier to them. Azu hissed worriedly, "We'll be fine, right?" She asked, sounding young and scared. Kozri nodded grimly. "Peachy."

((Not sure. Saturo's been absent from the thread for like a day now so we're kinda stuck until she acts.))

((That's it. I'm finding a stick and poking her until she posts. *puts on serious face.*

Actually, I was just pointing her in your direction. She's been standing there, glaring at them for a day! xD I'm thinking I'll just extract us out here now.))

Saturo and Nus an- Actually, all my characters in the room. Fun. - CotD building

Saturo sighed. "Pathetic minions.", she muttered, and pointed her sword at the unconscious Troll+Hunter duo, and muttered the words for a short-range portal summoning, to the Gyrocopter out front.

The ice was starting to melt, and Decay opened her eyes. "I failed...", she said, as she saw what Indi was doing, but the ice meant that it was no more than a murmur to the others. She was just about to give up and wait for the ice to melt naturally when she noticed the rest of the group. She wouldn't fail them. She couldn't. From her position she was unable to see the bad guys attempting to flee, and simply thought they were losing. The priest, the draenei, Azu and Kozri all looked in no position to fight. And she had been pathetic enough to give up. The ice exploded, and Decay dropped to her knees. With a groan, she got up, and charged at Indi, to attempt to get her down and talk some sense into her.

Nus looked on as the other death knight seemingly exploded, and then sighed. "And these are your 'allies'?"

[Azunara]

((Glaring is enough to scare the fel out of Azu. *pats her druid.*))

Kozri and Azu
CotD Building

Both rogue and druid were too tired to hunt down the gnome and stop her, so Kozri returned to his place on the ground to sleep. Azunara, too paranoid with the gnome still preparing her spell, stood raggedly nearby, panting.
