I'm so sorry you guys over in NZ are going through this. I can't fathom the kind of person it takes to do such a thing, and to happen in a place like NZ... I can imagine a lot of places where something like that could happen, and NZ isn't one of them.

Justin Trudeua , the Prime Minister of Canada, also posted his condolences on Twitter. So did Queen Elizabeth/British Royal Family. There is only so much support that be offered to a country that is not your own. Their politics, whatever they decide to do, are their own decision. The most that the leaders of other countries can do is to offer condolences; whether in a video or by twitter, it doesn't matter.

Finally got power set up for my electric scooter.. but ppl block it with their bicycles Talked to the janitor, which says its not their problem. I cant move a bycycle myself so though I now got power, I cant get out and drive..

What if you stuck it on the tarp of the scooter itself? Then it's only on your own property, surely they couldn't harass you about that, and it's not a demand, just a polite request to leave your machine accessible.

The scooter and the tarp belongs to the munnicipal system. I am only borrowing it for as long as I have the need. I have written a letter asking permission to put a sign on it but the proces time is 18 weeks. It is beyond stupid. .

That is really stupid. :/ I'd almost say just go ahead and put a little note on the tarp anyways. It's only a courtesy sign, it doesn't have to be large or obtrusive, even a small hand-written note could suffice. How could anyone possibly get mad at you for that? A polite request to leave the space around your vehicle unoccupied is not something I can imagine you getting in trouble over.
