This morning I was AFK in Deepholm while I wiped down a mirror and heard and AWOOGAH! from the living room. WTF? So I peeped in and there was Jadefang! I looked around for anyone who wanted her, but I got 0 response Alliance aside from 'what's that? oh don't want it'.

I felt a bit down, so I hopped to my wee hordelet, did a /who and saw a couple of Hunters. I sent out the tells and got a bite! A Tauren huntress was interested but had no idea how to get there. So I gave her directions, popped over, MD'd Jade to my Grimm at the edge of the ledge and trapped her. It took a few tries, some hopping and explaining wtf I was doing (I always forget that part...). I managed to MD to Grimm at a good spot and she tamed the Squee! So cross-faction hunters can still help one another with this spider.

Ahahaha. XD Aw, thanks. I'm just glad we got her homed and I'm even happier there's a way we can work to get people Jadefang cross-faction that still works. Granted, it was a bit tricky and my aim with bombs still isn't 110% but hey. She was very kind and patient to put up with me launching myself the wrong way once or twice.

You have to park your pet at the *very* edge with a trap near it, I prefer the spot with a little lip since that seems to be the best for LoS. Then I tell the tamer-to-be to shoot Jade a couple of times to get aggro while I dismiss/feign then they tame away! I would've used the bombs but they don't work on Horde.
