My first Spirit Beast was Arcturis. Found him after me and two other guildies killed King Ping. We where flying back over to the Tournment grounds and I asked my guild mate if she minded us stopping by Grizzly Hills to see if Arcturis was up. I knew it was an off chance, but hell, was in the area, why not? Well, as we are flying over his spawn spot, my NPC scanner went off and I about died. I flew down quickly and tamed. I had my first spirit beast!
Well fast forward a few days (maybe a week) and I was doing my usual hopeless fly-by's checking for Sambas and Karoma. I about died when I came across him and was able to tame him. Took two times since one of his attacks knocked me back and ruined the tame. So I went back to taming and got him.
A few days later, I found Karoma! I had to abandon my Terror Spinner since it was the only one out of the 5 pets on me I was willing to drop. >.> So I tamed and got my Karoma.
Well, things where quite for a while. My guild mate and I decided to check the Netherstorm to see if Nuramoc was up after a few failed attempts. We found him! I flew over and tamed him.
Then, about a week or so ago, I was flying around Sholazar Basin looking for Loque'nahak and my scanner went off for King Krush!! He feared me while tamming, but I still caught his rear.
This is where it gets good. Around 2am my time this morning, I was minding my own business, dungeon crawling on my druid when my guild mate screams at me that Skoll is up. (I have wanted him FOREVER.) I freak out, leave group, hop on Kass and fly as fast as I can to Storm Peaks. Finally get there after much panic, my guild mate who was watching getting booted from the internet 3 times, got to him and tamed him.
I named him RAIDEN, because I am cool like that. xDSo I was like, you know, I am going to go check for Gondria and another guild mate that tagged along decided he would go look for Loque'nahak. So I flew over the FIRST spawn spot for Gondria and there she was. I had 5 pets on me (again >.<) and decided my shale spider, Squeaky, would just have to go. I could get him back easily. (Was just a red one.) So I tamed Gondria.
Then after going to bed and waking up later today, I was just roaming around doing nothing and decided I wanted to go get my Squeaky back. I flew up and went to the portal for Deepholm. Got there and flew out and started headed North to where the cave is. MY NPC SCANNER WENT OFF. IT WAS Aeonaxx!!! I seriously stopped breathing and started shaking so badly. (Shook for over an hour) I flew up, mounted him and started fighting. (Thank the gods they fixed the melee bug thing with him!!) I fought for a bit trying to remember how to breathe. Finally killed him and got my Reins of the Phosphorescent Stone Drake. /flail I am still in shock. According to WoWhead the count for them in the game is 121. I feel so damn lucky!! ;A;
