Still have your original toon???

I was thinking the other day of rebirthing my original toon that I'd started from 2004 when WoW came out. She's been on my mind a lot lately. I deleted her a while ago though and I'm not sure if I am brave enough to request her restored nor feel it's "fair" if I am not going to give her the attention or any attention at all.
But it still has me thinking.

How many of you still have you FIRST WoW character??????
What are their stories????
Do you still have them or no?

I'm in deliberation still on whether or not to restore her.

I have mine well had. She was a druid a night elf..and while I had my times where I didnt play her I still have her. She got race-changed to worgen but its still her to me and I love her all the same. I leveled her with my Father when he played which is why she means so much to me. I first picked a druid because I wanted to turn into animals and I remember leveling her now.. I still get rather dreamy eyed when I remember her first step into the world of WoW. Thats why she can never be deleted she was too much a part of me.

I still have my original character. Xemik. a Warlock. It's a blood elf now, but I've had it since vanilla. He's 82 currently. He's sort of been passively shelfed since the start of Wrath, but I keep him around.

I think you should bring back your original toon.

Technically I have two original toons, both still alive and well on my original home server.

Lucard was the first toon I ever made, Nelf hunter on Hellscream. By about 40 my friends noticed I melee'd a lot. (Yeah I was a baddie when I first started) so he suggested rogue. Which made me create Salonn, my Nelf rogue. Which I played from Vanilla all the way up until LK.

I actually dont have my first toon either, I didn't have my own account but my friend would occasionally let me play a character that I created, on his account. She was a human rogue that I loved to play but had no idea what I was doing, she had no talent points and she never went to get rogue training after level 10 haha. But shortly after she hit 14 I got my own account and deleted that rogue to create my hunter and my still main, Airwyn. I haven't really re-created that first rogue but I do have a rogue alt who is currently level 39 that is a lot of fun to play as well.

Onto your dilema, what race/class was your first character? What level were they when you deleted them? If you would put at least a little time into that character I'm sure it would bring back memories of the fun times you had together and you would probably have lots of more fun times But you have other characters that you play and might like to play more that first character so they might take the "back-seat" again. So I really think that you should take a look at your characters now and see if that first character would fit in well enough that you would still play them.

Yes, I still have my original toon. He has had a name change, plus 2 races changes. I will never delete him as he is my main toon.

Cialbi was my first toon ever, and hasn't changed apart from visits to the barber shop.

Yeah I should have mentioned all that. lol

She was a tauren hunter. lol I played her religiously until almost cap at 60 (at the time) then just stopped. But I stopped playing all together for a bit then game back and played her again. WotLK came out and created new characters and just left her sitting. If I remember correctly she was at level 56 when I deleted her. I had started my orc hunter whom I loved and race changed her to a troll whom is in my signature now. I even brought my original toon (Artrellia) with me on a server transfer when I went from Argent Dawn to Nesingwary but she sat untouched because of Giordana (alliance & main at the time) and Rexiah. So with a heavy heart I deleted her.

OMG, remember when level 40 was your first mount? And I'm sure you remember how much easier life was since you weren't hoofing it (all puns intended) all over the face of Azeroth. And UGH, the barrens, on foot, SUCKED SO BAD.

Of course, my one, my only, Tyuriwen the Night Elf Hunter. I've had her since I started playing about 3-4 years ago. =) Okay, it's not exactly Vanilla, but she's been my char for 3 expansions. <3 And I don't see that changing! I have tons of alts, but the only other 'serious' one is a lvl 81 druid. I just...love lavishing my attention on this one character. Achievement points, gear, PvP, pets, mounts, titles, tabards you name it..she must have it. =3

Pretty sure I don't have my test run character-- my first "ugh, fine, I'll look at this game, let me make something" character was some kind of nelf. Poked the very baby area a little, went "no thanks" and dropped the game for a month or two. Finally came crawling back and gave it a REAL try, complete with actually looking at the available races and classes. "A cow-person who can turn into MORE animals?!" Wham, tauren druid.

...who I kept recreating on new servers because I didn't know where I wanted to play! So I have a few of them scattered around, but no memory of which one was FIRST. I do still have the one I stuck with, who enjoyed an eventful existence as one of my mains all the way to the end of Wrath. I made a new one for Cataclysm (possibly in no small part because I wanted some freakin' bank space), so today my prized Colamaya is the one-man (cow?) guild-bank-organization crew of <Diligently Negligent>.



@OP: If I may ask, why'd you delete in the first place? Did you run out of character slots on the server?

My 'original' toon was a Tauren druid named Flintwick on a trial account. I think I got her to ten before I quit because someone told me druids sucked.

I made Veera after that, who became my 'main' until 55. Then I 'remade' Flintwick and zoomed her up to 69 where she's sitting right now. I want to move her over to Moon Guard - where Veera the Draenei became Veeka the Orc - but she's in a decent raiding guild with good friends. I guess I still have her, but she's changed fur color and spec from the original. :P

My original character is Venjin, although she used to be a draenei named Nattalya. She's been through like 3 or 4 race and name changes since then until she became Venjin the troll. I don't play her as much as I guess I should, but I still like her.

Rhapture was my first wow toon and still my main to this day. I can't imagine ever deleting her or playing another as my main.

I still have my original character, Korvan, a dwarf hunter on Eredar, although he's been stuck at 80 for a couple years now. I made him on a trial account back in vanilla and played him all through BC til close to the end. He ran with his very first pet Avalanche, a snow leopard, by his side the whole time. We explored every inch of Azeroth together aboard our Winterspring Frostsaber (did the arduous grind back when the rep turn ins were 50 and 75 per quest =/ ) Now he sits unused, but we have memories.

I leveled my night elf druid, Selbbin on that same server towards the end of BC (now a Tauren Druid on Garona). He got a faction/realm change because my horde guild needed a tank for raiding. My current main is Corpsebryde because I just can't stay away from hunters and I'm addicted to pets ;p

I WOULD have my very first toon ever but i shared accounts with a friend and we were on the same server and he DELETED her to make room for his characters. He did the same thing to my second toon which was on a server he never even played on and i made 3 toons on that same server, lvled them up as best i could with what time i had and now they sit and waste away on his expired account since he's quit the game and blizzard refuses to give the characters to my account even though both of us have given our information to verify who owns what account and that we want my 3 characters transferred from his account to mine. Very depressing

Magli was my first character and is still my main and my only raiding character. Heck, I haven't even changed her hair style since I first created her 3-ish years ago.
