Bizarre bug report: eagles

Eagles are having really bad issues right now on the PTR. :/

The minipets seem okay more often than not, but they're stuck doing the gliding animation, even when sitting still. Tamed eagles bounce off the ground ridiculously; it's very sad.

Yep, that's what they look like while sitting. The flying ones seem to be okay in the facial area, but they're using strange animations.
