QUICK DECISION TIME

So I'm sitting here staring at King Mosh. I checked for him last night but he wasn't up. I've always been pretty fascinated by him.

But I already have King Krush... and I don't have stable room right now to double up on family types (and I don't run BM too often anyway). The thing is, I looked for King Krush for almost a year back in 3.3 and finally got him on the day I got Kingslayer, and it was a real challenge. But that's just it, I think the only reason I was attracted to him in the first place was because he used to be so hard to tame.

Lately Krush has been collecting dust in the stables, and Mosh is looking pretty appealing. Orange is my favorite color, after all.

So what do you think Petopia? Should I ditch Krush and bring in the old king of un'goro or do you think I'll regret it later?

I mean, if I miss him TOO much I can always have him restored, right?

heh-- it took me three YEARS to get Krush... you will pry Kiwi from my hunter's cold dead hands LOL. But, and I say this as someone who just went through and edited her stables and dumped a few spirit beasts... if your Krush isn't really a pet you love, and if you never use him/her-- let them free and get a pet you love.

Just because a pet is rare, it's not better-- use what you love, and the heck with the rarity of the color/skin ;D It's your monthly fee-- play as you wish. ::

Yeah Arisia, I think I just liked Krush because he was rare, and that shininess has since faded away. And lol, just as I had built up the courage to ditch Krush there in the crater, some warrior waltzes up and kills Mosh. Go figure. xD

I think I'll go ahead and nab Mosh the next time I catch him up, but I'd still like to read some input from others.

I wouldn't keep a rare just because it's rare. I released Aotona after I realized I just wasn't going to use him... never clicked with him, couldn't even settle on a name, and finally had to just do it, because he was taking up a spot for no reason other than his rarity.

I agree with the others. If the only reason you like Krush is because he was rare and he held no real attachment for you, I would say dump him for Mosh. If it turns out you don't connect to Mosh like you thought you would, you could always have Krush restored.

I would get Mosh, but I'm also a huge fan of the colour -- I have Dred myself, and I have no need for another devilsaur. Two friends and I trio'd reg DkT for him at the end of Wrath and it was stressful and epic and so much fun, and my 2-year-old picked that colour out too, so that's probably a big part of it, but I just really like the brown devils.

If you want the red color, then just tame a Tyrant Devilsaur or the Devilsaur Queen. If you want rarity, then keep King Krush.

I found Mosh up again and let my Krush go to terrorize the Crater as he pleases. I named my new orange dino Moshrei, and I'm very happy with him. ^_^
