Oh that is absolutely the joke. "Where's mah bucket?" has been around for several years now, and since we were all walrus people for a while there.....*Laughs* I'll take that over any "Goo goo gatchu." jokes, personally.

Yes, it definitely was referring to the walrus-bucket-joke.

If you check the graphics now, the undead on the right has no mustache anymore and the words are gone too.

Sadly no. But there is one Tuskarr NPC that wasn't used for anything... he might have had one. I heard the quest he used to be for was taken out during Beta or something.
