Transmogging Disappointment

I'm bummed, they won't let me use this on the public test realm - Twilight Cultist Robe. I really wanted to use it for my warlock set and don't know what blizz's problem with it is. I tried leaving feedback on the ptr forums about it, but just got heckled for it by the usual forum jerks and don't know where else to leave feedback about it. Anyone have ideas???

Ah, though it's a green item, it doesn't have stats, and their general statement was that only stat items could be considered for transmog.

Yes I know, but I wanted to feedback it and hope blizz would change it in whatever way necessary to make it usable for mogging, like adding token stats, making it BOE, or whatever else would be needed.
