T.N.T. now has a 10/20% chance to proc, up from 6/12%.

Not a lot, but buff is a buff, so not complaining...

Not huge, but helpful still. Very irritating to apply Black Arrow and not have LNL proc at all, so this is a step in the right direction.

Actually, to me? This is *AWESOME*. With my average pet attack speed, and the rate at which frenzy stacks, this means that once it starts, FF is going to be constantly up. There were always a couple seconds of 'no speed' for me before I could bring FF back up.

I hate having buffs drop off, in case you couldn't tell.

I like that Focus Fire buff too. It'll especially help on fights with target switching or moving targets (Shannox, Staghelm) where frenzy often doesn't build up completely before the buff wears off.

Unfortunately, while this should be a positive DPS boost in the real world, this will be an 'invisible' buff in the theorycrafting because the DPS simulators assume a stationary fight, where Focus Fire can be up full-time as is. Not going to help the 'lrn 2 play BM iz 4 n00bs' sentiment that's still out there.

I don't know. I guess we'll see how this turns out. Little things like this to tune classes closer together in DPS seems like what Blizz should have already been doing, not those balance rocking super nerfs/buffs. Maybe this is a step in the right direction, not just for hunters, but for the entire game.
