BUT.
What should I spy tucked away in a dusty corner of Worthy's bank bags... but no less than Linken's Sword of Mastery!

This would have to be the teen crush of transmog weapons, for me - and there it was.
Only one problem - it's a main hander, and virtually all MH weapons have caster stats (Worthy's prot spec - not holy). So I went ahead and bought him the heirloom tanking sword, and 'mogged Linken's sword onto that. Not cheap, but worth it.
Being an engineer meant that he got some spiffy plate goggles at lvl 72... and being a blacksmith, he had a range of choices for the rest of his getup; his shoulders and boots from Nexus had a nice gold-ish look to them, so I transmogged his chest, legs and gloves to cobalt for a two toned blue / gold theme, and added an argent tabard as soon as he made 74, to tie it all together.
The shield came last - I wanted something large to offset the large sword, but sadly most shields are rather on the small to medium side; initially I tried the hypertech buckler, but it was (being a buckler after all), far too small. So I settled for a Azure-Shield of Coldarra, which worked well enough until I could finally grind my way to a Sunward Crest - now I had something that could hold its own with Linken's Sword!
Being a hammersmith from back when you could still specialize in BS, Worthy has something even cooler, but I'll leave that in the bank till he gets a bit higher level, and has a chance to get some mileage out of this set...
