He's in cat Valhalla now feasting with cat Odin.
I found him around 11:40 yesterday I was going to have lunch but I started to wonder where he was I had not seem him all day. I was allways told when a cat is going to pass on they go somewhere quiet and pass on. That was true for Sylvester I found him near the Grapefruit tree he sometimes slept under. He had a good life. we may not of been the best owners as we could not take him to the vet yearly as we could not afford it more so after I started need my surgeries. But he was happy and that is all that matter and he's now resting under the Grapefruit tree.
A few months back I wrote down how I felt about him incase he passed as we all knew he was going to die this year. So here it is:
I've seen him go from buff fighter who's turff was atleast 6 houses wide who would rip your arms up if you touched his belly and would only sleep beside you too a skinny slow man who sleeps most of the day and takes a minute to get up one stair and can't lick his base of his tail but I still love him very much.
Yes he has that yucky old man smell every old person seems to get and you can't pick him up with out fear of him releaveing himself on you (yes he's done that to me! but hey when your old your body does not work as good!) and he can't climb up the couch without help but he's 20 or 19 I cant remmber :/ well we got him a year after we moved back to NZ ( I was born in england) so I was 3 and he was atleast a year and a half and I'm 21 turning 22 this year so yeah nearly 20ish but thats old for a house cat I mean the average life span for a male house cat is 12-14 so he's no spring chicken!
He's a everywhere cat ya now indoor/outdoor what have you. He uses the outside as his loo (He wouldnt know a litter box if you shoved his face in one! He's never used one) and his hunting ground. Mum can remmber seeing him following his mum with his bro into the horse padock behind our house to hunt so he's old school. He was the next door neighbour's pet but him and his bro where left behind when they moved and took his mum so we took them in (totally free of corse!

But no matter what age he's been he allways acts depending on the season in summer he spends all the time day and night outside only coming inside to for food and pats and in winter he spends all day and night inside only going out to go to the loo or walk his turff rain or shine. That is unless we have to go out and then he gets locked outside

I remmber him bringing a skink inside one xmas day and it running up the xmas tree!
