Dragon and Warcraft Tips?

Hey guys, I recently got the program Dragon it's a speech to text program. So far it doesn't seem too practical to use it for warcraft. I end up saying press one press one press one. Does anyone have any tips or advice on this? It is really fun to see my character react to my voice alone.
