city portals in the Vale shrines
How long have the city portals been in the Vale of Eternal Blossoms shrines? They have them for all the racial capitals as well as Shatt and Dal.

I'm going to guess not long as I headed there with the intention of using them to get back to the rest of Azeroth to use the new phoenix mount since I'm not level 90 yet and Jade Forest was a no-go area.
Only to run around like a maniac and find NO portal what so ever. This was around a week ago so they must have appeared with the latest patch/update.

Theyve been there at least since the patch before this one. Course I dont know if they worked then I just remember running past them looking for something.
