Feeling a ton of anger (poss profanity warning)

I am so beyond hostile at this point. For the last almost 8 months sometimes when the phone rings and it's answered the WIFI drops and completely shuts off till the phone is hung up. We've tried reseting the router multiple times, changing routers and even going as far as buying new cordless phones. Nothing has worked and the issue is it's intermittent. Well since Saturday morning my house mates and I have been having massive internet problems. The wifi just drops. No reason. Every answered call, every outgoing call and usually every 15 mins to an hour it would drop. Come Sunday it was still doing it then the phones died. Used my cell phone to contact our ISP /phone provider (Surewest) and they got everything back working by resetting the systems on their side. They said "oh this should fix it". Well it didn't. Monday morning and I was immediately on the phone to the tech support department saying it's not fixed and figure it out. The guy on the phone was trying his hardest to fix everything remotely saying the same freaking crap that the guy on Sunday said. So he says to me "We'll do all we can to get it fixed, should be ok now, call us back if you experience anymore problems." I was so ticked I just got off the phone hoping and praying by some sort of magic it's really fixed. No dice. An hour later the internet drops. The odd part is yesterday it only dropped five or 6 times maybe even 10 the whole day. I finally gave up last night playing WoW because I couldn't deal with with dropping. Today it's been really bad. This morning, no joke, it took me hours to get through the forums. After it losing connection this morning dozens of times per hour I started to write down each time it happened. Starting from 1:21 PM pacific time I logged as many times as I could that I saw my WIFI drop. In less then 2 hours it had dropped 14 times. 14 FREAKING TIMES. Yeah ............... sounds fixed to me. It's now taken me almost 30 minutes just to make this small post. My laptop stays disconnected for maybe a minute or two then reconnects. F-ing BS!!
So no WoW tonight and not much internet use. My anger knows no bounds. They better send a tech TOMORROW and really fix it or it's time to leave Surewest. Cannot believe this BS!

I've had the same problem. A new modem fixed it up prettygood. That's most likely what the techie will suggest too. It could also be that the phone and the ADSL are one the same "channel". Don't know how to fix that tough.
