GC on taming Hydras

I hadn't seen it anywhere else here (but then again I am not very good at searching) however I saw this on MMO-Champ and thought I'd pass it on.

Official word from Ghostcrawler on the subject of taming Hydras :

Can you please tell us why hunters can't tame hydras? Goats and porcupines seem silly in comparison. Just sayin.
Mostly it's because we hate the model. If we update it, then taming would be on the table. Standard no promises.

Could be promising, but I guess all we can do is wait.
