I went behind the big waterfall at the edge of Krasarang and discovered this:

Rofl! I remember coming by this guy while I was leveling. 
As first he was stuck in a wall, but I could still attack him so I pulled him out, FD'd and he went STRAIGHT UP INTO THE AIR.
