These strings were datamined from this build:

ENABLE_MOUSE_SPEED - Enable Mouse Sensitivity
OPTION_TOOLTIP_MOUSE_SPEED - Enables setting a custom mouse sensitivity to override the setting from the operating system.

I was recently having laggy mouse issues (still not entirely certain they're resolved), so this is welcome news!
