I PM'd Wain and Mania a few days ago about the Legion specific site I started over at https://trueshotlodge.ca.
Given the go-ahead, I thought I'd post it here and let you all know about it too.
This is similar to the WoW Hunter's Hall site from 2011-2013, if you were around for that.
There, Tabana updated the front page with hunter contributions around the web.
The difference with this version is anyone can sign up and contribute. In this way, users can decide to promote their own website or to use it to directly post without having their own website.
This is brand new so I'm still working out some of the kinks, but I believe it's now in a state where it should be usable by others.
(ie, if you saw the site a few days ago and were wondering where the spacing between entries went on the front page.. blame that pesky feedback tab! luckily it'll only be there for two weeks and can be forced with a ctrl+f5
). Finally, one of the contributions made regularly to the WoW Hunter's Hall was a weekly/monthly Forum Highlight from various external forums. This is something that was requested for Trueshot Lodge. Here's an example from [Kalliope on Petopia's highlights] from the archived WHH site.
If someone wanted to retake up Kalliope's mantle on Petopia's behalf, that would be very welcome.
