I have seen many things in my journeys around Azeroth and beyond but this made me do a double take in Drustvar there is a deer with what looks like a plant growing out of its back not sure if it a bug but still funny.

Ok I found out in the area I was in was infested with Bloodbough Funggarian it was for a quest in Teller Farm.
