My Oil-Stained Wolf glitch tame! My first glitch tame and my absolute favorite! Plus to get him, I had asked for help on my server forum cos I couldn't get the quest, and a fellow Hunter on Alliance agreed. We coordinated in-game and I got him! Also prior to the global lighting changes, the wolf didn't reflect any light possibly cos of the way the oil debuff was rendered, so he look like a pitch-black void wolf and looked very cool.
