Do Dracthyr start with the ability to tame Dragonkin?

Someone on Reddit asked a question and I actually don't know. AFAIK, it's account wide so I don't know how to test that myself.

I normally rely on the petopia family pages as it will have a blurb under the thing saying so, but for Lesser Dragonkin it only mentions the book.

Did we ever check if they start with it? I know they start *with* a Vorquin, but can they tame OTHER dragonkin?

That's an oversight on my part. I'm pretty sure they do start with that ability!

I have yet to unlock dragonkin taming so I went to test, and can happily confirm that dracthyr hunters do start with the ability to tame lesser dragonkin!
