Shaman Totem Questlines

I've been wondering that since this is more of the "Shaman" expansion (sorry if this comes off concieted!) I was wondering about any changes to the totem questlines. I've just recently made another Tauren Shaman so it piqued my interest.

The goblin totems are explained as something that the trainer cooked up from spare parts he had. No major quest, but then again it's not a big spiritual journey to understand and communicate with the elements, they jsut want the power.
I did notice they give you both the totems and the totem relic item, so i['m not sure which is supposed ot be there.
