Badlands Beasts

They finally added npc beasts to badlands. I went to find Zaricotl, Barnabus and Broken Tooth with no luck. They should all be there though.

What sort of normal creatures are out there? Is it the same old cats, wolves and carrion birds?

Variation of Ridge Stalker cats, Crag Coyotes, um.... Patched Buzzards etc. But there are also a lot more dragonkin, for example I found this at the north Zaricotle spawn point



There is also that huge gash in the middle of the zone, which now houses rock elementals

Aww darn, it sounds like there's been no species shake-up like in some zones (with bears, crabs, wasps, birds of prey, owls, etc.) appearing in new zones. Unless you missed a pocket of new ones, that is.

Well they still haven't finished Thousand Needles and they haven't even touched Silithus or Searing Gorge. Southshore also seems to be progressing still as well. I haven't completely checked over the zones on Kalimdor yet either, like Azshara or Ashenvale.

Yes.

And where old kargath was, there is another large dragon for a quest and a ton of whelps. They also widened the original dragonkin area in the southeast

Yes, it's all rubble, only thing there is dragonkin type stuff, there is a NEW Kargath, but it's not totally under horde control, some dragons still there and an elite in the building

It should be. The area's weren't changed that drastically, I just haven't seen it yet.

Zaricotl is now a lvl 80 elite dragon. With a vulture's head. That laughs at you. (that is a joke, of course)

I've also seen 2 giant dragon's out there, and indeed no sign of Zari yet.I was the one that made the screenshot of him, but then there where no dragon's at all. So if he's still there somewhere, maybe they placed him on another spot.
