Some help verrifying new skins.

I was looking on the sticky post on the list of new skins in Cata and this is there:
'Shadra, a spawned elite Spider in the Hinterlands, has been reskinned'

Is this a totally new skin? I can't see the difference between this and http://www.wow-petopia.com/look/giantspiderblack.html

I'm making a new video Part 2 of the New Hunter pets in Cata and need to confirm this is a totally new skin, not just that Shandra was reskinned.

For some reason, cata.wowhead.com doesn't list her skin in the "Same model as" section. But it looks like she uses the Outland spider model and her skin is simply GiantSpiderBlack. Compare her new model here to that of the Darkweb Hatchling in Drak'Tharon Keep.
