So im planning on buying a horse since our family now has some farmland. I know what I want...but not sure what its called.
The type of horse im looking for would be a Courser. A strong swift animal that used to be used a warhorse, and carried Knights and men at arms.
My co-worker who claims to be an EXPERT on horses says im thinking of a clysdedale.....Which i know is dead wrong. Clydesdales are draft horses

AKA ment to pull things. Heavy draft horses are not intended to run fast, or carry big men in armor. They are bred to be steady and pull heavy objects such as a plow through thick clay to turn a field, or heavy dray wagons. They have a plodding gait and simply are not fast enough.
So does anyone know what breed is closest to this animal
