I can imagine instanced flying works for any instance/raid where you're still mounted or able to mount after porting in.
Bonus: Ony's head on the PTR.

Took some screen shots today from inside of ZF thanks to the druid flight bug on the 4.0 PTR that I figured I would share. Didn't fight any mobs. All I did was sight-see.

Take a boat/zep if you're alli. You should still be able to fly after you load in to Kal.
If you've got a horde druid you could also just port in to Org/TB. =)
