"Being messed araound with" is a normal thing during a beta/PTR. They are now beginning to balance the damage numbers across the classes, so some will be brought down, some will be brought up, and they'll make sure our intended filler abilities aren't much more powerful than signature/cooldown abilitites (I'm looking at you, Arcane Shot).

They always mess around with Beta and PTR stuff. That's kinda the point of it. If you don't like it, no offense, then dont play the beta or PTR. Just stick with the actual live game.

I don't really feel like this is so much the "Post-Modern" era as much as its the "Pre-Zombie-Apocalpse" era. I consider myself more of a forward thinking guy and an era that just won't die is just as feasible as a coming era, where the dead come back.
