Mistakes. In raids. /sigh

Okay, so the guild was trying out ICC25 with some pugged guys (a rogue, a Mage and the offtanking pally.). Anyhow, we get to the gunships. And fail. Miserably. Apparently, the OT had never done the encounter before, and managed to fall to his death. So the Druid runs up to the edge for a quick combat ress. And also falls. And this particular Druid had the guilds shadowpriest on autofollow, he had gone off for a few minutes. (Kids...)

Anyway, we lost the OT, a cat, and our source of manaregen. Due to falling over an edge. This particular run had had problems since a fair bit earlier too, our resto shammy having been disconnected at just the right moment. (As early as Marrowgar). Basically, losing three people due to something as stupid as falling over an edge pissed me off incredibly, and I told the RL to get another Hunter, Saturo is gonna watch some movies.

Have you guys ever been part of a (mostly) guild run that fails due to something this stupid, or is my guild the only one?

Can't say my guild has been that stupid. However the other day I accidentally used my distracting shot on the boss and he started to come after me. Thankfully the tanks where able to pick him back up again very quickly. I never did say anything. But you could hear them on vent saying "wth ? " " that was weird"

The first time one of my 10s did Saurfang, one of the tanks rocket bootsed off the side before the fight started, causing a wipe. It was hilarious and terrible at the same time.

You have to know the guy in question, cause this is so typical for him. (He does stuff like this for fun.)

Ohoh, and we were doing TotGC 10 with the same run when our tree healer d/ced while running toward Anub. It was pretty damned hilarious seeing a single tree charge Anub and die, lemme tell ya. I don't think we were still at 50 attempts there; I would remember that. >_<

I laugh every time I think about that run! xD

Oh, and the guy who rocket bootsed off the edge in ICC plays a female gnome, which adds to the hilarity there as well. Such a tiny body floating all the way down....
