The loa toads we haven't found are now set to Uncertain, which means they appear as possible but untested tames on their looks page.

I've been running IE a lot, and get Havenswood maybe once in 3-4 tries, but I've only once seen toads, and the only loa toad was that green non-rare that we already know about. Still trying.

I think the database is updated for the latest finds, now.

I haven't added any of the other IE loa toads since we haven't been able to confirm them yet. That includes the yellow one, sadly. Hopefully we'll find it soon.

As for the pre-patch, I'll create a different page and logo for that one, and then separate out the models that are going to be tameable in it. I found some tameable classic snakes, but not others, same with basilisks and skeletal hounds. I found a named skeletal hound tameable (Blazeseeker) but couldn't tame it to check if it keeps its name as I can't tame undead.

This is strange! It looks like very specific models have just been made tameable in Island Expeditions, even though none have unique looks, but most other models are still unflagged. And it looks like most or all of those models were flagged at the same time. I've noticed that (according to Wowhead)...

I can't imagine there's much difference, but I think they like to delay raid bosses being tameable for a couple of expansions at least.
