Ok, I'm not sure if this is just me, but I've been going from "No I don't want to waste my time on a pet with a .1% drop" to "But my main pet is a fox and it was my first to 85 and WAH I need it!" So, I've been going to T'B, doing a few laps and killing foxes for about 1/2 an hou...

AUGH this happened to me!!! LOL I was in new Barrens lvling herb before xpac hit with my NEWLY 80 "ghost wolf" when things turned red and I went "oh nonoonononononononononono...." and before I could even dismiss it - FWOOSH.

I feel the pain.

After I got ghost wolf, I hopped into heroics in hopes of quick leveling but getting dismounted in ToC and wolf dying right off the bat, it ticked me off and I was too scared to do more after another tame, but PRO TIP: doing a few laps around Sindgrosa's Fall (sp? lol sorry) got wolf to 80 in no tim...
