I was thinking about this latelly. I think a manatee would fit better a Tauren swiming form. Manatees are also called "ox-fish" in portuguese. For their travel form, stags would fit(hooves be hooves ;) ). As for NEs swiming form, all i could think about was a dolphin. That's a biased thoug...
