I periodically look for hunter rares (and Aeonaxx / TLPD) and I'm having a hard time fin...

Look in the hole/tomb entrance in the top left of the screenshot. I know one spawns down there kinda to the left when you're facing the door.
If not there, look in the bushes around the trees and on top of the buildings.

Lol that's great! Congrats on all of your tames!! - I have disgusting luck like that with my fiance's characters... filled his Hunters' stables up, nabbed Aeonaxx and a Camel Figurine for his Warrior main. I'd have his laptop propped up next to mine camping/doing flybys while I played my characters...
