Your statement would be an "Reductio ad absurdum" just because someone criticizes racism it does not mean they are equivalent to Hitler.
It would seem that a statement made with this reference is meant to shock and in so doing put an end to the conversation.

Re: Hunter changes on the PTR
To think that players wouldn't stack all of their burst damage abilities together is just silly.
Sure the DPS that we can do is insane, but no less insane than many, other classes.
There are quite a few videos out there showing the fastest DPSers out their in duels with the same opponent in PvP ...

Re: Random Pet Family Appreciation Thread 35: Gorillas!
My main Zens has a red gorilla named Oogabooga.
Up until this last patch he was my tanking pet and my standard "in town" pet as he is my favorite pet.
He was however a tanking pet and his pet ability was not as useful as the others.
However, after this last patch he is with me constantly, even ...

If you are going for "realism" I have a few suggestions.
Anyone that has survived the first few weeks of the Apocalypse will have the proper gear and are properly armed.

Re: Now that 5.0.4 is on the horizon...talent choices? :)
All the classes have reused abilities.
Here are a few that I noticed, and I know there are more.
Deathknight: Lichborne, Anti-Magic Zone, and Blood Tap.
Druid: Feline Swiftness, Nature's Swiftness, Typhoon, and Force of Nature.
Mage: Scorch, Presence of Mind, Blazing Speed, Ice Barrier, Ring of ...

If dire beast lasts until cancelled..... well, I might just have to change my selection from Fervor to Dire Beast.

This would be my talent selection as I play Beast Master exclusively. I am not interested in theory crafting about which selections gives the best DPS, but am instead interested in fun abilities that fit in well with the flow of hunter game play as I know it.

I noticed I misread the law of thermodynamics he was referring to.
So my bad on that. (was checking the forums on my phone)
And he was right, the 1st law of thermodynamics is the conservation of energy, of which my definition is the complete one.

Ok, I better chime in here and clear some stuff up as I feel a misuse of scientific jargon to explain “supernatural” occurrences has taken place.
Please do not take this as me being insensitive.

Re: Hunter buffs and nerfs, BM goes down, MM goes up
To me things are working out pretty well, there could be some tweaking here and there, and I expect that Blizzard is working on that stuff. But I am quite satisfied with the balance that Blizzard has worked out between Beast Master Hunters and their pets.

Re: Hunter buffs and nerfs, BM goes down, MM goes up
My only issue with the new Beast Cleave is that the damage has apparently been lowered to the point where I really can't use it to have my pet "keep" aggro on several mobs, since the cleaves don't generate more threat than my multi-shot does anymore.

Re: Hunter buffs and nerfs, BM goes down, MM goes up
Kill Command now costs 40 focus, up from 37. Damaged changed to (1.8 * (997 + RAP) * 1.2) from (1.8 * (1,022 + 51.6% of RAP) * 1.1)
So that's an increase in damage by 129.96 damage + 113.82% of RAP for 3 focus points, or otherwise a huge increase in damage.

Re: Earth in 100 Million Years (My Theories)
I couldn't really find any maps of the Earth in 100 Million Years. But, this one had the best quality to it and was the most common one I found. And seeing as the Earth is getting much warmer, I don't see Earth having any Ice Ages for a while. A long while.
So unless another one pops up, I'll ...

I like how the map looks, however in 100 million years the continents will not resemble the continents that we know.

I know I will not see it considering what they already have in WoW, but I would love to see a dracohydra.
Not some mutated hydra, but a fully formed and functional dracohydra like below.

Re: MoP pets better than Cata rares?
I might be in the minority here, but I kind of like the clumsy saunter that the hydra has as it charges towards the enemy.
It’s a sort of vulnerability that counter points its ferocious nature quite well.
In my opinion, its gives the hydra more character, and more personality.
Sure I agree that ...
