Re: New pet families per expansion

This was brought up a while back when people actually got to test the Beta. Unfortunate, really. If they're not going to give us another family, they should totally allow us to tame more things. Most of the newly introduced pets at the beginning of TWW were pretty boring. On another note, there are ...

Re: The War Within Beta - Beasts Thread

I know worms and lizards are the hot topic, but something else got unflagged that we didn't notice until now; three Loa Toads. This is according to Wowhead's database, so it's very likely true, but Colossal Spadefoot, Whiptongue, and Yaz'za the Devourer are currently unflagged for some reason. A fr...

Re: The War Within Beta - Beasts Thread

And if it is removed, there is no point really on getting angry about it. I 100% disagree with this statement, and you do not get to tell people they shouldn't be angry. People are allowed to be angry. Why are some unintended tames ok, and others not? I get why the "fire" pet was removed,...

Re: The War Within Beta - Beasts Thread

Wait, really? I tamed him on the beta and I'm sure they disappeared! That's a really awesome find! I personally love all the shalehorn colours and wish there were more :) Me too, the mushrooms are just the cherry on top ✨ They're already not tameable anymore. I just checked, and they are still tame...

Fun little fact: Plaguehart keeps the mushrooms on its body after the tame! :) I noticed it wasn't mentioned under its name

Re: The War Within Beta - Beasts Thread

I was able to tame all of the new Island Expeditions wolves except for Ripshred. I guess my luck is just bad (or good depending on how you see it), 'cause I know it can spawn on whatever island wolves can spawn on. Maybe eventually I'll get him. 🤠

It did! Sorry I should've mentioned that as well!

I was fortunate enough to find Bogbelcher in Havenswood so the yellow loa frog IS tameable! :)

Re: The War Within Beta - Beasts Thread

Nice! That's a really good news. Now, I'm just hoping people won't have to race change to the opposite faction just to be able to tame the model they want.

Re: The War Within Beta - Beasts Thread

I 100% agree with you, Worgpower. There are so many things they could've added. I don't think I would be annoyed at the lack of new family if they would've made previously untameable beast tameable. Old snails, old beavers, old dragonkins, etc. I think it'll be the first time I'm not excited to tame...

Re: The War Within Beta - Beasts Thread

Am I the only one that's concerned with the lack of new-looking beasts in the current Beta? Stagshells - Beetles - 14 colour/model variations Swarmites - Blood Beasts - 16 colour/model variations Lynxes - Cats - 2 colour/model variation Ramoliths - Gruffhorns - 53 colour/model variations Skippers - ...

Re: The War Within Beta - Beasts Thread

Turns out I found a tameable void goat that retains its effect, its called Malefic Goat, it's located in hallowfall Unfortunately, this goat is no longer tameable. I used Beast Lore on it, and it still has a specialization, a diet, and tamed abilities, but the red text "Cannot Be Tamed" c...

Re: The War Within Beta - Beasts Thread

Those are the following beasts I wish would become tameable when TWW releases. - Lethargic Mosswool/Grazing Mosswool - Isle of Dorn - Can be added to the Gruffhorn family. - Masked Ferrets - Isle of Dorn - Can be added to the Rodent family. ( I know it's not a rodent, but that the only family that w...

The sheep aren't even tameable. :(

Edit:

The new ferrets found in Dorn could be tameable and added to the "rodent" family like the skunk and otters.

Well, this is really upsetting considering they've been getting "rid" of baby animals. The lack of consistency is astounding.
I really wish they would bring back the baby Vorquin.

Re: Nah'qi, Ember of Regrowth

I guess I'm a bit lucky that the fire owl doesn't appeal much to me personally, buttttttttt I still don't buy the mythic only drop. It is undeniable in my eyes that mythic raiders are eating real good already and have been for a while, they get their just rewards. And I think thats fine, they shoul...

I hope they end up as tenacity pets too. I hate the fact cunning pets are useless when it comes to PvE. :(
