I wouldn't focus too much on Ashes of A'kumbo. It was added in a build prior to the effigy items and lantern making it unlikely to be involved later in the chain than those.

ok, thanks. These are not the same ids as the summon spells. One less thing to think about.

Requesting some help here. I need someone who is about to complete the effigy stage of the chain. I want to find the npc IDs of the Mother Om'ra that spawns during the Xan meeting, as well as the npc ID of Gara during it to checking if it changes. I think we have established that the lantern doesn't drop until after Xan appears. Wait....where's spell 4 in that list? Looks like something is missing. If you look at the spell ids, spell 3 triggers another spell which is +1 id from spell 3. I am assuming this is the missing 'spell 4', however it ...

I looked around that alter myself. Found it weird that it's called the Black alter of Xan'tish, considering Xan'tish is a troll snake vendor in Orgrimmar.

Got the void Lantern. After completeimg the effigy stage I went to the Pillars of Fate, lvl100 area in the western SMV. Dropped of a shadowmoon voidtwister.

Gives a 60m buff and is consumed. Still figuring out what it does

Got torn Cloth.
Necrophyte, Icescar Boneyard, North West FFR. Killed 3 of them in 1 pull, looted 3 torn cloth items.

... something to ponder - does the effigy get placed last - if so - do we need to find the lantern first: which by doing that part might actually point us towards collecting the items :D ... Going by the tracking quests (hidden quests to track your progression), the Effigy comes before the Void Lan...
