I had heard a rumor about a grey-blue fox in Duskwood but never seen in confirmed anywhere... if that's the right color then Duskwood could be worth checking out.

Last night I went out to find Furious Howl 1, and saw on the Classic site that Prairie Wolf Alphas on the East side of Mulgore (by The Barrens) were supposed to have it. Got one and it strangely did not have it.


Someone asked on the wow forums if that was a bug or not. You can still get howl 1 ...

Ressan the needler is level 12 in forever for some reason.

Do we have Marsh owls yet? Level 34-35 neutral brown owls outside Dalaran. One the lake shore with the green snapjaw turtles.

Found a low level grey bat near UC. Foothills duskbat. Level 12, not a rare or elite. Aggressive. In the corner where the lake and the UC cliffwall meet. Taking a hunter out there now to see what skills it's got and if there's more spawn points.

Can be 12-13 and knows sonic blast rank 1. Attack ...

Coldrasp now requires level 12 to tame. Also found out he can spawn slightly northwest of the mushroom ring. That brings it up to at least three spawn points I've seen in game.

ALL overlevel taming has been removed. Couldn't tame a level 11 worg in Silverpine at 10 either.

Ignore the tame status icons - they are definitely not accurate. I'll update them once we have pet data and can see what's missing.

If we're getting corehounds, I wonder if they're planning on adding other exotics later?

So Sky elves can speak cross faction using Darnassian (like undead and humans used to in og classic/vanilla beta). Can't whisper or invite but we can help each other in /s at least. Was talking with another elf while trying to look for Coldrasp spawn points. So far it seems like the respawn is ...

Might be challenge/tracking tames?

He appears to have at least two spawn points in that one area. I saw him a second time when the shards were rapidly switching. Only 2 seconds but he was outside the spot I first found him.

There's also a level 10 rare elite zombie Nessy in the lake. Blightsculler. Not sure if it's tameable but it's ...

So far, I've tried to find Coldrasp and farmed the wolves for around 1 hour and 15 minutes. The in-game time was 3:30 AM to 4:45 AM.
There was no other player during that time.
I parked my hunter there and log in every now and then.


It might be hard to get an accurate timer since we have that ...

You can tame Coldrasp AT 10! He stays level 12. Comes with howl rank 1. He's elite but didn't seem to hit my level 10 that hard. Found him south of the fairy ring.

As for the ghoul I am dying of laughter. Either it’s a weird unintentional bug or maybe it could be a hint to having more minion looks and types that could be collected for the raise dead spell. That could convince me to play death knight just like how convinced I am to main a hunter ...

So apparently the green spectral unicorn Spirit of Lake Elrendar is tameable. But friendly.
Has anyone found a way to make her neutral or hostile?

Once you leave their starting zone, set your hearth somewhere else. I accidentally hearthed back and it's all level 70+ stuff. I can't find any portal back.

Another friend found JETWING while timerunning. We're gonna go around and see what other rares we can locate. They also tamed Lightning paw and he respawned in about 10 minutes. So the timerunning spawn timers must have been altered to save people from having to camp.

For alliance side, You can catch the zeppelin in horde town in Northern STV to Org. You just gotta be careful. Go to Stormwind -> Duskwood -> STV and straight to Grom'Gol. There are parts in Westfall that will port you back to Dalaran. Stranglethorn is pretty safe unless you head too far south ...
