I hope this hasn't been posted yet, but if it has then here it is again!

I really do not like the tan look... I would rather have him red...

He was changed last patch. Odd that they decided to do that at this point, because all Outland Helboar colours are now tameable, meaning the colour he is is almost trivial now.

It's old news that he now turns yellow instead of red? I didn't know it, I must have missed that post.

Me too, and I check here pretty much every day. All I heard was that the lvl 58-68 helboars became tamable.

When in doubt it's always better to just go ahead and post than to hold off on the possibility that someone else might have already covered it at some point in the past.

Thanks for the link Wain, and it's easy to see where the confusion comes from; the thread was titled "Helboars Now Tamable in Outland", and as you have to skip down to page 2 about midway down to find the reference to Grunter's change posted 7 hrs after thread went up, it's pretty easy to see that many would have read it shortly after the thread was created, before the Grunter comments appeared, updated their wishlist and moved on (or showed up later, read the subject and first few posts and moved on).

Thanks again to pentup for helping to get the word out - this is something near and dear to every hunter who spent days camping this elusive porker!

I really don't see how I missed the thread. I check this forum on a daily basis... although I have to admit there was a week (about two to three weeks ago) that I spent drooling over a PC that I am going to build... and picking out its parts. I felt like Dr. Frankenstein for a little bit.

Oh well. I just wished I knew if the other Helboars were going to stay tameable... I would ditch Grunter and get the one color of Helboar i really want...

Now... since Blizzard made SOME demons into beasts... can I hope for the BLUE DEMON DOG OF DESTRUCTION to become tameable... man.. I hope so...
