So has anyone tried out the Druid Flight Form bug that lets you fly around old world yet ?

On the beta or on the ptr? I tried it on the ptr and got forcibly dismounted right outside Stormwind. Fell to my death, I did.

For those of us who are mechanically challenged, there's always the Skyguard's Drape! Don't leave ground without one!

I actually am an engineer on that toon, but I didn't have time to press the button. It was weird, I was just around where the flight master is, a bit up and to the side, over the rock. I must have fallen about 20 yards or so, there was a loud *splat* (ok, I might have imagined that part) and then I was dead. I was kinda shocked at the time but really, it was hilarious.

I'm actually flying around Eastern Kingdoms right now. ^^ Been taking a lot awesome screenshots, seeing as this might be my first and last chance to get some flight shots of the pre-Cata world.

While exploring, I've also seen some interesting elementals...

Water elementals casting Blizzard in Wetlands (didn't get a shot at the elementals, just the falling ice in the distance - they only show for a short moment when you get close enough before disappearing)

I haven't been following the event department from Cata, but these guys could be a part of the pre-Cataclysm event?

Edit: Meh, server restarts. :P Just before the server went down I found my way in uninstanced Stratholme, got "dismounted", took a couple of screenshots of a burning, mobless Stratholme before falling through the floor and dying at the bottom of the world. :P Yay. Imagine the ghost run! XD

Yes, the elementals are part of the pre-Cata event. I ran across a bunch in Sholazar and actually reported them as a bug because I hadn't seen that there was new pre-Cata stuff to do yet. >_< It LOOKED like a bug!!! It was near the Maker's Perch, so it looked like they'd escaped from there.

Maybe the Hydraxian Waterlords are upset since no one pays attention to them anymore and have risen up in Revolt against the races of Azeroth
