I found another instance of the red hyena skin while tooling around Uldum this morning...they have diets, but are currently flagged untamable, which I thought was rather cruel. Maybe if we make a mention of them in the beta forums, they'll make these guys tamable so we aren't all left camping a rare spawn to get a fire-engine red hyena. The mob name is Bloodsnarl Hyena, level 83. According to Wowhead, they're apparently quest mobs...but they certainly seem to be plentiful in that area, so I don't see what making them tamable would hurt.
