Rise of the Shadows!

[Kira]

Ciro stepped back for a moment before he let out another Pyscho boost. The shades seemed to back up, glaring at the trio. "HA! I think that-EEP!" He sank down as everything started to shake.

[Azunara]

Speck's Shades recoiled, fading. Speck tilted her head. This hadn't happened with the others. What was going on...? She tensed, watching Ciro.

[Saturo]

Darkrai was trying to stabilize the dream. THis... Was not supposed to happen. It simply wasn't. He was getting ready to break the dream and return them all, but first he was trying to stabilize it.

[Kira]

Ciro stared up as a Giant shade stepped out. And he did mean Giant. It was easily the size of Groudon, if not even larger. "Oh no..nonono..." He let out a whine and backed up, staring at the shape. "Rocket..."

[Saturo]

"Damndamndamndamn!", Darkrai repeated as he increased the power to everyone's shields.

[Azunara]

Speck growled, bristling. Her Shades creeped up again, peering at the giant Shade. The haunter got ready to fight.

[Kira]

"I can't hurt Rocket!" Ciro whined as he backed up. "I can't do it!"
The shade stepped forward and snarled, getting ready to charge them.

[Saturo]

Darkrai leapt in front of Ciro and blasted the Rocket-Shade with a swagger in mid-leap.
"Hey! Dumb guy! Ova' here!"

[Azunara]

The Shades leaped at the Rocket-Shade, helping Darkrai, while Speck was speaking to Ciro, "That's not Rocket! Trust me, Ciro. It's not her, it's something else. Something that doesn't know friendship, just anger. Rocket is safe, and you need to fight that Thing off, then you can see her again." It was a pathetic attempt at a speech, but it was all she had.

[Kira]

"But it looks just like her! And Rocket is my best friend! I could never hurt her!" Ciro whined as he started to fidget. "I can't do it, I just can't!"
The shade Rocket attacked Darkrai, swinging at him with her claws.

[Saturo]

Darkrai barely dodged the swipe, and glared. He fired off a Dark Pulse.
"Speck, can you handle the kid? Kinda' busy here!"

[Azunara]

Speck nodded at Darkrai, and said patiently, "But that isn't Rocket. You wouldn't be hurting her. But you have to help us fight that Thing, or we'll all be dead. That never has been, nor will it ever will be Rocket." She positioned herself in front of Ciro. If Shade-Rocket went for Ciro, it'd have to go through her first.

[Kira]

Ciro let out a loud cry as he started to shake. "I want my parents! I wanna go back to them!"
The shade lept at Darkrai, claws glittering as it slashed.

[Saturo]

"Kid, everything'll be back to normal when this fake-Rocket goes down! Otherwise... I'd rather not think about it.", Darkrai said, and saved himself from another strike by shielding himself behind the very essence of the dream. The world seemed to shake. This was not good for the kid in any way...

((Pretty much. Lilith is looking for food, Summer is off doing something, Ghost is angsting in a tree, and Julius and Ironskull are trying to talk to her. Otherwise, yeah, everyone is sleeping.))

[Azunara]

Speck growled in frustration. They were getting nowhere, fast. The Voices laughed at Speck for her failure at not doing anything more, and she snarled at them to be quiet. "Ciro! You need to fight them, the Voices, or they'll control you. I've seen it happen, I've had it happen to me. It's scary. And it will happen to you if you don't fight them off! That isn't Rocket, that's the Dusk."

[Kira]

Ciro looked up at the giant Rocket and shivered again. Speck was right...that wasn't what Rocket would do..she was sweet and kind..even if she could be more hyper than he was. He whined once more before he forced himself to growl, shifting into his Attack form again.

[Azunara]

Speck looked at Ciro, adding, "Don't worry. I won't let it hurt you. But we need to take care of it, and quickly." She bristled, firing a Shadow Ball at it.

Speck used Shadow Ball!

Larry's eyes snapped opean due to being asleep earlier, the white thing on his head felt weird but he left it alone, he got up and looked out the cave's entrance looking at the moon he had so many times, rembering each time he did, but blood was fresh on his claws then
