I already reported on the grey Scarab in Zul'Farrak (as well as the blue and white ones in AQ20) here.
In addition the yellow Spire Scarabs (SilithidScarabSkinYellow) in Lower Blackrock Spire (a bit further along than the spider area, just past a group of ogres) are now much larger and tameable. This is the first occurrence of this colour as tameable: They all seem to be level 57 and are non-elites. They pull as a huge swarm of scarabs and scorpids. The Spire Scorpids in the same group are still untameable at this time.
If colour-changers are your thing, there are also Borer Beetles that may occur in Blackrock Depths as part of the first fight in the Ring of Law event. It is random whether groups of these appear, or some other beast. They're now tameable, anyway. The groups consist of grey and white beetles and colour change between the two when summoned. They're level 51 non-elites. Screenshot of the tame, with a bunch of angry beetles of both colours: It also looks like the red Carrion Scarab (SilithidScarabSkinRed) in EPL is intended to be tameable, as noted in this post. Unfortunately, despite now being set as a beast and flagged as tameable, taming results in a "still being controlled" message (also checked in the current patch)

Apart from these, there are only two other silithid scarab skins and one Uldum scarab skin left to find:
SilithidScarabSkinGold (actually a copper/orange colour) is used on Yauj Brood in AQ40 and may be tameable now for all I know. I haven't managed to get in there yet.
SilithidScarabSkinGreen hasn't been found on any mobs in the database yet.
UldumScarabSkinYellow hasn't, either.
I should also mention that none of the beetles or wasps in the silithid hives in Silithus, Un'Goro or Feralas have been made tameable in this patch.
