Carrion Bird Screech Tooltip Wrong?

Blasts a single enemy for 100 damage and lowers the melee attack power of all enemies in melee range by 537.
Effect lasts 10 sec.

Now, the "blasts a single enemy for x damage" is there, and went up by 3 when my pet levelled, but the ability is not doing damage. I assume that it was removed when most pets' specials were changed to non-damaging abilities. Is the tooltip bugged? Can anyone confirm?

Edit: Could it be that the ability just shows up as "melee" on recount? : /

No, it doesn't do any damage. BUT, it's Demoralizing Screech stacks with Bear's Demoralizing Roar and Demoralizing Shout as well. So it's special ability didn't get updated, but effectively gives Hunters a debuff that only we can provide ( static AP reduction).
