Rise of the Shadows!

Pachi eventually fell asleep, still ontop of Moriko.
Shia removed him gently and laid him down, curling around him as she settled in to sleep, though she stayed up for much longer than she thought she would.
Chidori glared up at the roof of the cave, the tip of his tail twitching in annoyance.

Kyuu had cuddled up to Mewtwo long ago, completely out now.
Mewtwo was still up, his mind wandering.

Sosa curled up near his family, staring up at the sky for a moment before he looked down. He missed her..damn it, that was bad..she probably didn't even care..damn.
Losa had fallen asleep a little while ago, rested on her side.

Ghost sighed. She also needed to work on not running away when she was upset. She had finally stopped running and now sat in the middle of a clearing.

Olivia quieted. Her eyelids began to droop, lulled from the rocking motion Jaws made as he walked. She jolted back into consciousness several times before finally giving up and cuddling up against the Garchomp, issuing a content sigh before drifting into a peaceful sleep.

Julius had been asleep for hours now and was still out like a light, lying on his back with his paws in the air. He snored quietly, his was mouth hanging open and a trail of drool had formed down his cheek.

Molly roused herself from her reverie, feeling tired and ready for a good night's sleep. She cast one last long look at poor Moriko before going to join Daray.
"Good night." She murmured to the Gengar as she curled up beside him.

((Sorry for my absence these past couple of days. Since my characters were away from their respective groups it didn't feel right to interupt. Oh well, I'll be sorting that out now, and getting the good doctror Insins up and about too. About damn time he does something more than fiddle about alone in his lab. XD ))

Seventeen and her hounds were poking about an abandoned town. The humans had fled long ebfore they arrived, but there had been a few pockets of pokemon about. They had either been infected or killed, depending on their mood at the time. The ones they hadn't attacked by now must have surely fled. Still, it was interesting to run around in this abandoned human city. There was plenty of food to be found and always the chance of more prey to be infected.
She lifted her ears and looked up. Someone was calling for her.
She padded into the open, sat down and barked up into the sky. Moments later, a dusk-infected Staravia landed in front of her.
"Master Scarab is recalling all his troops." The bird told her. "You are to report back to him immediately."
Seventeen nodded, slightly annoyed at her leash being tugged back so soon. Alpha's orders could not be ignored though. The message delivered, the staravia took off again. Seventeen howled, summoning her Hounds. Gamin was the first to arrive, licking fresh blood off his muzzle. Venin appeared not too much later, yawning and dripping wet. Seventeen stood up, shook herself, then broke into a run, heading towards the last place she remembered seeing the main arm of the Dusk army.

Insins sighed and ran his fingers though his mottled brown hair. The latest test had been a failure, as had most of the tests he had run before. And now he was out of Subject Seventeen's blood. He needed a fresh sample, perhaps from one of the earlier numbers if he could find them. A sample of the most mutated strain of the Virus would be beneficial as well.
He got up and stretched. How long had he been sitting here at his lab? With all the clocks nearby broken or stopped, he had no way to tell the time. It must have been a while though; a foul odour greeted him as he sniffed himself, his limbs were stiff and sore too. He poked the Hypno next to him awake then returned it to it's pokeball. He wandered around the complex for a while, eventually finding hismelf a spare set of lab clothes and a working shower. He cleaned himself up, had a quick shave, then went to pick up his field kit.
Once he had picked up all the equipment he thought he needed, he moved outside. The sun nearly blinded him, he had to hold his hand over his eyes for a good minute or two before he finally adjusted to the light. He must have been down there for a while. He reached into his labcoat, pulled out a pokeball and released his tropicus. He climed on her back, securing himself just before her leaf-like wings.
"We need some more samples," He called out. "We start our search eastward."
The tropicus nodded, then took to the skies.

((He'd get a kick out of Sol. >.> Really, anyone of them that were Infected but now cured would blow his mind. xD))

Solara shook her head, "I've made it this long. I'd rather just solve everything now, hash it all out, so there will be less problems in the long run. She haphazardly made her way to Ghost and flopped down. "I really am sorry. I've just been out of it. Frustrated, confused, and Arceus, jealous, I guess. Everyone else has someone, and I've got me. But I'm glad you have Iron, Ghost. Really am. You need someone to make you less prickly." She grinned at the umbreon, and if she wasn't tired, she would've leapt away, cackling before verbal or physical abuse was retaliated.

Iron poked Solara.

He snickered and drew Solara in a situation where all single males in their group were holding flowers to her.

He chuckled.

Moroki sat feeling useless, fiji was no where to be seen he hoped he'd come back soon he returned death to his ball before following moriki's pokemon he walked to where they where, he told them everything thier trainer wanted to know he walked away he had found the pokemon again at least. where him and terra the only uninfected humans left? hopefuly fiji would return with one......


Fiji was looked into the sky where he was flying it was alone, plagued no creayture's there except FOR AN UNINFECTED TROPICUS WITH A HUMAN ON IT! this was something to discover he immdeatly flew beside the tropicus "Hey man how ya doing? listen my trainer was looking for an uninfected human and there appers to be one on your back"

((Oh yes, he'd be all over that trying to figure out exactly how they got over it. Now it needs to happen! >:O
... And I'm sorry Ruby, I seem to have forgotten what species Fiji is XD))

Maclayi, the Tropicus, cried out in surprise as Fiji darted in front of her. In instinct, the tropicus angled herself to get a little bit of distance.
Dr. Insins clung tightly to Maclayi's neck, struggling to both hang on and to get a good look at their assailent. "I can't see any Dusk markings on it!" He called out, his voice almost lost to the roaring wind. "Angle us down, it might be able to direct us to more!"
Maclayi slowed herself, taking a good look at Fiji herself. She began to angle her ascent downard. "I'm sorry, I've been a bit on edge with these dusk."

[Magnakilro]

Lilith looked outside the cave hoping in vain to see Baaz.

Jaws smiled at his sleeping love. She was so damn beautiful. He'll definately protect her with his life....even in something as dangerous to him as a snowstorm.

Chomp ran over to Solara and Ghost to see if everything is ok

Deoxys looked at Ciro and Delora, "Shall we search for Jirachi? He's probably still at the meeting..."

[Kira]

Ciro nodded. "That's be nice..."
Delora smiled. "I'll stay here, you two go see if you can find him."

Pachi seemed to refuse to wake up, curled up tight against Shia. She had woken up long ago and was speaking quietly with Chidori about what to do next.

Kyuu streched herself out and glanced around, then let out a little pout. Darn it, her Mago berries were all gone. She glanced at the sleeping Mewtwo before she headed out of the cave.

Daray had been staring at the roof of the cave all night, his eyes narrowed. He was arguing with the voices again.

((Whether Sol would be a willing test subject would be a whole different matter. She would kill poor Dr. Isnis before she let him touch her with a needle. XD))

Solara blinked, gave a slight grin and shook her head. "Yeah. That'll never happen." She gave a shrug, and allowed another bit of sunlight to restore some energy. Might as well. "It's as likely as Scarab agreeing to a truce, and then giving us all, big, warm hugs." She said.

Speck had finally gone into a restful trance like state. Dialga had returned awhile ago and was now curled in his corner resting.

Nearby a group of Mago trees, a black Beedrill have was stationed. Various Dusk Beedrills were there, keeping watch.

Deoxys nodded and picked up his son, "Shall we bring the Beedrill that gave you the idea?"

[Kira]

Ciro blinked before he grinned. "Sure! I'm sure he'd love to see Jirachi himself." He said cheerfully as he wiggled a little bit.

Kyuu sniffed at the air and headed toward the tree's she scented, humming happily as she walked. Mago berrieeeeeees. Yum.

[Magnakilro]

One of the beedrill scouts saw Kyuu approaching. He flew to an off-colored Beedrill, "Lord Trident! One of the Dawn approaches...she's alone!"

Trident nodded, "When I give the signal...we strike..."

Deoxys flew to the mountaintop with Ciro, "Which one was it?"

[Kira]

Ciro blinked and stared at the beedrill. "Ummm...uhhh...ohjeeze, I forgot." He looked down. "I feel so Bad.."

Kyuu flicked her tail as she tugged some berries off the branches, making sure they were curled around completely. She nibbled on one as she kept picking them, quite content. She'd be back before Mewtwo even woke up, ha!

[Magnakilro]

The Dusk beedrill army got ready.

"When she gets close....strike...." said Trident.

Dart flew over, "Hey there kid!"

[Kira]

Ciro squeaked and nearly fell out of his fathers arms, blinking at Dart before he grinned. "Hey!"

Kyuu blinked and hopped over to the next tree, climbing it a bit to get to the berries higher up that had curled in half, one sticking out of her mouth.

[Magnakilro]

Trident looked out, "....NOW!"

A few of the Beedrills flew out and hit Kyuu in the back with Aerial Ace

Dart smiled, "What brings you two up here?"

[Kira]

"We're going to see Jirachi! Do you want to come with us?" Ciro titled his head, grinning.

Kyuu let out a squeak as she fell out of the tree from the attacks, coughing and dislodging the berry in her mouth. "OW! What was that for?!"

[Magnakilro]

One of the attackers called out, "She's down! Come out!"

The entire hive's worth of beedrills spilled out.

The all flew at Kyuu, using Aerial Ace, except Trident who watched.
