Call Pet on the Action Bar

Not sure if this is the best forum for this, but it seemed to be the right one. I've moved my active pets out to an action bar along with Dismiss Pet and Tame Beast so that I can easily switch between pets and see what I have available to me. However, after logging in, the whistle icon is shown even if I have pets to summon in that action bar slot. The only way I've found to re-display the pet icons is to summon each one in succession and that seems to work. Is anyone else having this problem? If not, then I'll start messing with addons to try and figure out which one's causing the problem, but if it's a general issue, then I'll not worry about it as much.

Hmmm I'm not sure Dash. I have done the same thing and pulled pets 1-4 out of the popout menu and placed them on my bar for ease.

The only time that my pets faces don't appear on these spots, is if I have actually placed them into the stables and they are not one of my current 4 active pets. In this case they then just become a "pet whistle" icon until I either move a pet out of my stables and into my active pets, or tame a new pet.

If you can find the command to call it (e.g. /cast callpet1 or whatever it is) You could make a macro and manually choose the picture (quite annoying to alter, but if you have a rarely-changing lineup it might be workable).

I've had that happen when I keep mounting/dismounting (mining, for example) - I think my guppet automatically calling a minipet if I've outflown it messes things up cause I keep seeing my minipet as one of the whistles.
