Kinda they are called pepper balls. The balls are filed with OC liquid AKA pepper spray. It gives police a good range over basic spray that is only accurate at up to 5 feet. Personally my favorite less then leathal tool is the pronged tazer. I love how effective it is at brigging under control dangerous subjects but also leaves no short or long term effects, unlike pepper spray where you have to "Detox" the subject
