Sonam's Late Findings, Volume II (Warpstalker & Ravager)

Unread post by Sonam »

Well, I noticed that the Green Warpstalker Model appears in Winterspring, within a cave, at 55. Doesn't seem to change color upon summon. Was this known? Still playing catch up, trying to read through multiple posts. Either way, nice to get them that early now :D Going to keep trying to find things to add. With Wain nearby, we've discovered the ravagers to unfortunately be color changers. Though one potential color option is a new skin :D

*Added cave location, for flavor.

Awesome find! They must have been made tameable in just this patch. They weren't in the last.

Very nice find! I always loved that warpstalker look.

It's also worth noting that unless the color changers have settled down a bit, only the new blue warp stalker skin is unavailable outside the switches out of the active colors. (Still no sign of the red one, I take it.)

I think there's a good chance it's much thanks to Wain and other Petopians leaving useful suggestions on mobs everywhere, so the devs don't have to go looking themselves!

This.

While it's still up to the devs to make these choices, having a community of players leaving constructive ideas at their disposal certainly helps with getting new, highly desired content out.

I've also found this little Ravager (Same cave), who seems to be an odd coloration. Skin listed as CrawlerVar2, Is this one known as well?

Rather good timing, at that~ They seem to spawn in multiple colors, but that 'rusty' one caught my eye. They are indeed all tames, too.

Heading there now. Unless the colours have changed, one of them is a new colour for them. Wondering if they're colour changers though :/

That green warpstalker is beautiful, congrats to all who wanted a non-colour-changer one!
Rejoined the hunt after a lengthy break... feels good!

Just for giggles...

How did you get that much health? I have a premade L.85 on the beta and gemmed out he is sitting at 85k... nowhere near your 100k+ health...

I gots to know mang! Did you shoot 8 times.. or just 7? Err... sorry... Dirty Harry flashback.

I need more hunters, IMO.

I want that Ravager.

I've only ever had one (and had to get rid of him since he had this tendency to get me killed by attacking mobs that weren't aggro'd and I have never targeted >_>) but I would deal with whatever problems come with having a rabid Ravager to have that coloration. *hearts*

...make a new premade hunter. The second set of premades were in 'ready for heroics' gear. The new ones are in 'ready for raids' gear. :D
