Maybe if we're lucky, they'd take a suggestion to put a rare low level one in Eversong somewhere and make it tamable Nah, that would be asking too much I think. I guess I'll just have to get clever again like I did when it came to killing that tiger boss mount in ZG.

This pull is completely soloable. There's a mechanical patrolling mob out front, but he's very easy to dodge. I *think* you can tame out of his patrol range off to the side of the door. With the tame beast cast being so short, it should be easy to pick off the dragonhawk and feign. Use deterrence and a corehound if you're still nervous. Should be good to go!

Err, not that I've actually done this, since I'm not on beta, but I can tell. Mostly cause I remember the pull from back in BC.

That's a good idea. Perhaps some of the special rares on that datamined list will result in that, or some of the dragonhawk skins we still haven't seen, like the pink, the grey and the black ones I did suggest they add some grey or black ones to the Ghostlands, since those are adjacent and some sombre ones would fit the colour palette.

it would be so cool if they decided to give us that skin after all i was on the PTR and was sad when they changed it so alliance couldnt tame new ones and old ones didnt get the new skin

That's the horde-only Argent Tournament dragonhawk mount. That's why the dragonhawks in Crystalsong were changed.

I've always loved the darker grey version. The blue is glorious, though, and Wain, WE ALL LOVE YOU. Just thought I might mention that.
My tame list is going to be... insane. 25 stable slots and I actually need to start cutting "unnecessaries" from the list!

The fact that the skin is used for a Horde only mount shouldn't be reason enough to make the skin untamable when you have the Horde only PVP black war wolf mount tamable in the Ramparts. It might make a convincing argument in the beta forums. Then again, it might get the black war wolf mount skin untamable too.

I meant that the dragonhawks would have been untameable by horde, which would have led to a lot of upset on the part of the horde hunter community.

Both factions can tame the wolves in ramparts.

I think it was more that they were actual Horde NPCs, which looks bad when one faction can tame the NPCs of another, at least unless the reverse is also true. There's no reason they couldn't have some evil blood elves using these somewhere and have them tameable.

Then again, where do you stop? A load of different pets have versions with armour, harness and saddles. Every possible raptor, cat, wolf, bear etc. could really add up!
