Rise of the Shadows!

Demonica floated through the forest. She was heading back to the Dusk army. She doubted she'd be accepted due to her being prone to straying from the task at hand to sate her bloodthirst, "....if only Rosen were here..."

Soren glowered in the shadows, away from the rest of the Dusk. His shoulder had been dislocated, the damned bug had struck it so hard. It had been fixed but it hurt like the devil and he couldn't walk around for now. His tail lashed and he laid his head on his paws, his hackles raising if anyone came within ten feet of him.

Julius was outside, practicing. He whirled his tails around and summoned a wave of water with them. He beamed as his Aqua Tail hit a tree and made it quiver, a few leaves drifting down. He continued to try it out, checking now and then to see if anyone from the cave was looking outside so that he could show off.

[Lupis]

Scarab nodded at Quest, "You are not to eat any of the children yet, but asss long asss you - any of you - are not going to foolishly attack with some insssane hope that you will sssucceed, then you are all permitted to take part in thisss misssion. I repeat, thisss iss a ssstealth misssion. Sssteal asss many children asss you can while ssstill sstaying hidden. Do not get overzealouss."

Arachne was stroking her baby when suddenly Kill it....

She lifted her head, "Huh?"

Kill it....it is weak...useless...pathetic.....kill it....devour its flesh...

She started to tremble a little, getting scared.

[rubybeam]

"Awww I wanted a snack.." quest pouted folding her arms "Your no fun..."

[Kira]

Ikis snorted at Quest before he rolled his eyes. Sneaking in shouldn't be as hard..but getting to the children, that could prove to be problematic.

[Azunara]

Kiren flicked her tail in salute, "Yes sir." She was just glad to do something, honestly.

Solara stretched, flinching as she remembered what happened before she went to sleep. She gave a soft purr, however, realizing that no, the world wasn't crashing down around her, everything was rather okay. For once.

[Magnakilro]

"Sleep well Sol?" asked Soundwave.

Arachne still shook.

Kill the Pichu....kill it...its too young to be of an use to you....

Electro was still sleeping soundly not knowing that his mom was shaking

Solara shook herself, slowly and systematically mentally checking all limbs and body parts, testing what was hurt, or sore. Once done, she nodded and smiled, "Yeah. You?"

[Magnakilro]

Soundwave smiled, "Yeah I did!"

Arachne stepped back from Electro and began holding her head, "Leave me alone!" she said to the voices

Its just sleeping there....such an easy target.....he won't even know what killed him....

[Kira]

Kyuu perked her ears as she heard Arachne, turning to look at the spider. She frowned and tried to reach out to her with her mind before she moved over. Arachne..can you hear me? It hurt her, but not enough to where she couldn't do it.

[Magnakilro]

Arachne perked up. She had no idea how to talk telepathically so she tried thinking up a message.

Kyuu? Is that you?

[Azunara]

"Great!" She replied cheerfully to Soundwave, pausing then nuzzling him.

[Kira]

Yes, it's me. Kyuu gave her tail a little flick to keep her mind off of the ache. You can think, I'll hear it.

[Magnakilro]

Soundwave nuzzled back, and stretched his wings, "You hungry?"

Ok...

She was scared of the voices. The voices started back up..

KILL THE DAMN PICHU! He's holding you back...making you weak....the runt is blind...he needs to be put out of his misery....prove that you are a loving mother and KILL HIM!

[Azunara]

Solara nodded, getting up and stretching with a slight yawn, tail flicking contentedly.

[Kira]

The voices are sick and twisted. Even if what they say seems to make sense you have to ignore them. Find something they hate, and think of that! Like..like how happy you are to be a mother. I can see if from you. Electro loves you, you love him. Keep focusing on the joy you feel around him and they should shut up....

Or you could try telling jokes.

Julius peered at the tree trunk. A few indents and one somewhat deeper gouge peppered the bark. He lifted his head proudly and began to strut back to the cave. He paused, seeing a rock. He tapped his chin, remembering that cool trick he saw a Machop do once. He stood up on his hind legs and stared down at the rock. He raised a paw above it, a determined look on his face. He belted out a karate yell and brought his paw down.
Julius used Brick Break!
He let out a strangled little yelp and brought his paw sharply back to his chest. He bounced up and down slightly, whimpering and grumbling under his breath as he held the throbbing paw. He turned to the rock and gave it a hard kick. When that resulted in a stubbed toe, he settled for angrily spewing out a stream of water at it until his breath ran out. He sat down and tenderly rubbed his sore paws, a pout on his face.

[Magnakilro]

Arachne looked at the baby. She cradled him in her forelegs. She then hugged him tightly.

The voices spoke. Pathetic.... then they went silent
