Yeah Death Ravager was given an unused skin. They also made it so you don't need the warrior quest to open the cage. Their only oversight is that he's still untameable...sucks cuz I like that color...

Yeah hopefully they'll fix that. Seems that Blizz's current hunter pet philosophy is to put in as many skins as possible. I think they want variety. Seeing Dalaran/ICC full of wolves probably made it evident how homogenous the hunter class had become on the one thing that really sets us apart.

Well, the problem is, he originally WAS tameable- but is/was an extremely buggy pet. I cannot remember the original problems, but I think it was something like it would rarely follow pet stances, often aggro'ing neutral mobs, or not follow attack commands. He was a nightmare in PvP, and they made him untameable.
If they can fix his problems, I'm sure they'll make him tameable again. I certainly hope they work on him, he's such a sad story and I'd hate to see him yet again be left behind!

That's normal for beta. The skin was changed, and that SHOULD be reflected in a previously-tamed Death Ravager.
However, that doesn't mean that he was fixed to be tameable again on beta, which is what the question in question is.

In other words....she got it back when it was actually tameable and ended up copying over to Beta...thus causing the Ravager to change...I think I get it now....
